Introducing new pricing policy and some useful improvements

This release has fewer new features than the previous one. But we want to share some inside news with you :)

We are working on the new useful features that will help you to:

  • improve the process of making appointments
  • get compliant with national telemarketing regulations
  • change the visibility of call records for teams

And they will be released in 2-3 weeks!

Let’s check what was made for the current release.

1. New pricing policy. We are glad to introduce the completely new pricing policy.

The annual plans pricing is made more budget-friendly. Now, you get a guaranteed 10% discount for the annual plan regardless of how many licenses you purchase. We also offer new discounts for big teams up to 30%. If you have 10+ agents, feel free to inquire our sales team about the special price.

As always, all purchases can be made in Marketplace.

2. Automatic displaying of the client card for each call. Now, the client card is opened automatically at the beginning of a conversation (for all inbound and outbound calls). If the agent is still working on the client card when the new call comes, one will see the browser notification reminding to take action (continue making notes during the new call or proceed to the next client card). This enables an agent to finish editing the previous card while talking with the next client.

3. Webhooks improvements. We have added the source of change into the header, so you can filter the received Webhooks on your side and make corresponding changes for each type.

4. Some additional optimizations:

  • field type and name are shown in the list of custom fields in the project settings
  • the list settings in reports are saved
  • current campaign page is refreshed automatically after the campaign restarts
  • optimizations of the users’ visibility on the dashboard
  • some issues with the displaying of filters in the reports were fixed
  • the issue with note deletion is fixed
