You can connect our call center software with your business system via Zapier. Zapier is the interaction system, which connects Voiptime Cloud with any external app you use. Send such events as lead created, lead updated and transferred call into your CRM and monitor the work of your company.

Call transfer during outbound calls

Now transfers to external numbers are available during both inbound and outbound calls. You can easily forward an outbound call to another department or any other external number.

Now you are able to filter interactions and related information in client’s timeline. Browse between updates, notes, tasks to find the necessary details more quickly.

Quick assignment of tasks to the team

This little improvement is designed to save your time. You can create inbound line or campaign and assign tasks to default team simultaneously.

Gateway_Down campaign status

If any problem with gateway occurs, you’ll discover it immediately. When disrupted, the campaign is marked as Gateway_Down and stopped. As soon as the gateway is available again, the campaign starts automatically.
