Introducing of redialing rules
Now you have more power over the campaign dialing process. All unsuccessful calls (no answer, busy etc.) can be redialed automatically for call campaigns in Power mode. Just create redialing rules with default settings or add custom intervals according to your needs. Enable the usage of redialing rules on the campaign page and calls with status Busy will be dialed, i.e. in 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour etc.
This functionality is available in Voip PowerDialer, Voip CallCenter plans.
Client status "Do Not Contact"
We have introduced a new status that can help you comply with the GDPR.
If you change the client status to "Do Not Contact", their number becomes unavailable for a call. In addition, such number is marked as "Blocked" in all active call campaigns. In such a way you can manage the clients who have opted out of communications from you.
Inbound line without any hassle
Now inbound lines are created automatically for all added or purchased SIP lines. So you will be able to handle inbound calls in few seconds after adding the SIP line on SIP manager tab.
Updates of Teams feature
Add or delete new team members directly from the existing team page.
